At Ré-Nao Candles, each candle is handcrafted with care and intention. We want you to love your purchase and enjoy the calming experience it brings. Because our products are made in small batches and often to order, please review our policy below before making a purchase.
🕯️ Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our candles and for hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns once a product has been used or opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To initiate a return or replacement, email us at renaocandles@yahoo.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
🌿 Refunds & Replacements
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll offer one of the following solutions:
A replacement of the same item (if available)
A store credit for the item’s value
A refund to your original payment method, if applicable
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days once approved.
✉️ Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly — whether that’s a replacement or refund.

Please note that custom orders, gift sets, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged in transit.
